For online purchases made through our website, we deliver ourselves within 5 miles of the store for Free, if you spend over £20 (£2.50 delivery charge for smaller spends). We can also post purchases anywhere in mainland UK for £3.95.

For larger products purchased, our usual delivery area extends up to 20 miles from the store.
We use our own delivery staff and vehicles with occasional assistance from trusted third party contractors for technical installations involving plumbing and gas. Costs vary dependent on the product and services required.

For our privilege customers living in postcode areas TA1, TA2 and TA3 sector 7 making a purchase of heavy or bulky items that they would otherwise struggle to carry home, we are delighted to offer a free next day drop off of your purchase. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires UK distributors to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of WEEE. UK distributors (including retailers) are required to provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met these requirements by offering all customers buying new electrical and electronic equipment (as defined in the regulations) free take back of their old electrical items on a like for like basis.
