Refund Policy
In Store Purchases:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or a full refund, provided it is returned with a valid receipt. Items returned within one calendar month of the date of purchase, but over 14 days will be refunded via a credit note which will be valid for 6 months.

Items returned must be unused, in their original condition and be complete with all packaging, labels and where appropriate, any accessory as originally supplied. Please note that refunds within 14 days will only be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For reasons of health & hygiene, some items such as lingerie and bedding are specifically excluded from our returns policy, as are any items that have been specially ordered for you and also all large electrical items.

We regret that we are unable to entertain any request for refund or exchange of goods purchased more than one month ago. To avoid embarrassment to both you and our staff, we ask for your co-operation in not seeking a refund or exchange outside of this period.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please remember to retain your receipt as it will be required if you seek a refund.

Online Purchases:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the date that you received it for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods only. Returns must be complete, unused in their original condition. Delivery charges are not refundable. Returns must be with us 14 days after you have told us the you are making the return. Once we receive the goods a refund will be issued to the same payment method used they were purchased.
