If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days (14 days for Sale goods) of the date of purchase for exchange or a full refund, provided it is returned with a valid receipt.

Items returned must be unused, in their original condition and be complete with all packaging and where appropriate, any accessory as originally supplied. Please note that refunds will only be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For reasons of health & hygiene, some items such as lingerie and bedding are specifically excluded from our returns policy, as are any items that have been specially ordered for you and also all large electrical items.

We regret that we are unable to entertain any request for refund or exchange of goods purchased more than 28 days ago. To avoid embarrassment to both you and our staff, we ask for your co-operation in not seeking a refund or exchange outside of this period.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please remember to retain your receipt as it will be required if you seek a refund.
